Note
Peter is a silkscreen printer. His wife, Kati, has worked in famous Hungarian restaurant in Los Angeles called Hortobagy (Ventura Blvd., Studio City).

Daughter Kristina traveled twice to US with her grandmother, Magda, a first cousin of Natalie Viani. 1983 and 1986. After second trip, Kristina returned to US with her parents, Peter and Kati, who arrived on Paul and Kathy Metrovitsch's door requesting help. They later got jobs and in December, 2003, Paul received a call from Kristina. The source of the call was Santa Clarita, a suburb of Los Angeles in the San Fernando valley. Phone number 661.775.9037. The name associated with the phone number is Katalin Teszar (Kristina's mother).

August 1, 2015 phone conversation with Paul Metrovitsch:
Irma Nene’s grandma’s sister (b. 1891) daughter
Magda had two sons, Peter Teszar (b. 1947) (d) & Pal Teszar (b. 1939)
Peter, Kati & Christina (English) came to USA Jan 28, 1986 (same day as Shuttle disaster)
PM received correspondence of their arrival for a visit. They asked for a ride from airport, spend the night, and then traveling. No problem. Well, they arrived with LOTS of luggage. PM discovered they were immigrating WOW! PM was shocked.

During following days, PM contacted immigration and determined there was no way they could remain legally in the USA. It was determined they should stay in “refugee camp” and then apply for asylum. PM spoke with Natalie who knew someone in Dana Point who knew the director of a refugee camp in “Campo Latina” Italy (a town south of Rome) so PM got them Italian visas and put them back on the plane, they returned to Italy, they flew to Rome, and the director of the camp picked them up and drove them to the refugee camp (beginning the process of emigrating legally to the USA). They claimed they were being persecuted by the Communist Govt. and were approved for possible immigration. Church World Service helped get them airline tickets from Rome to LA.

PM & Cathy promised to be financially responsible for a year and they “legally” arrived. They got green cards, drivers licenses. When they returned, PM took them to a Hungarian “orthodox” church hoping to make connections. Peter found work at a printing company in Glendale, Kati found work in a Hungarian restaurant (now closed) in Century city, and Christina want to UCLA and got degree as pediatric nurse at North Hills hospital (near San Fernando Mission). Married, four kids, and then divorced. PM has had no contact since 3 years from when they returned. She was living in the Santa Clarita area north of SF Valley.

Peter (cancer?) died in LA around 2003. He was a successful silk screen printer in Hungary and may have contracted environmental cancer there. He continued to perform silk screen work in Glendale.
