California Death Records has her birth year 1862 and father Wilson. Will stick with grave headstone date of 1864. William Wilson was her step-father at her time of death.

Birth year listed in 1920 census lists her age as 55, so that's close enough. Original birth information (source unknown) lists her birth as 10 June 1863 (there's a footnote citing a newspaper article published 1952 indicating her age as 92 years, which makes her birth year 1860).

1900 Census lists birth as June, 1873 (wrong if we're using grave stone data)
1900 Census lists she and Salvatore married for 20 years, married in 1880, and that would make sense being the 1900 census. But, she is listed as 26 (should be 56).

1910 Fed Census:
Both parents of Candelaria (Estrada) Granucci listed as "Spanish" in 1910 Census (CA) (perhaps language). Her birth place is listed as California. (parent’s birthplace Mexico). Her occupation listed as a nurse in a private family.

Candelaria Estrada is listed in 1900, 1910, and 1920 California census. Had 13 children, 4 survived (1900 census lists children Maggie and Frank, neither of whom appear in 1910 census and different birth year as later son Frank)

Her obituary was found by SF Library in SF Examiner, dated April 28, 1956 and is saved as a media .pdf.
