CHILBERG FAMILY: Edward
By Donna Nix

Edward Chilberg (son of Axel & Elna Childberg) was married twice but had no children. His second wife' name was Clara. Not much information is available about him. In the summer of 1921, Dorothy Hoster went to Oakland, California, to visit her Uncle George. On the way she stopped over in Seattle between trains and visited with Ed. He met her at the train station and they visited at his apartment. Dorothy remembers that he used very dim light bulbs in the rooms in his apartment. He died in a state hospital in Washington.
